I'm listening to and laughing at the first radio interview -- Barbara and her ongoing need to dance on-stage and Peta's crazy mixed-breed dogs and her husband's suit. LOL. The first caller was great - he actually talked about Chris' songs and guitars. THANK YOU!

Thanks jfrogirl, you rock. Again. biggrin.gif Onto the next one.

Thanks jfrogirl! Ha, I know, Fifi, I was just listening and cracking up at those parts, too. biggrin.gif "A great dane and a maltese, that would be tragic for one or the other"...hahahaha! He never fails to make me laugh in an interview.

I clicked on the second link, but couldn't get it to work.

LOL! Maybe, that is why my gorgeous Maltese X is a 'legs 11'! Beasley has legs forever.....And wants to take on every German Shep we see on our walks.

"...We wore the clothes that Liberace gave away 'cos they were too gay!" That was funny--he usually says "too showy." If you have a cultural context, it is really a hoot...If we're laughing, does that mean that we're old? Laura

New radio show in Melbourne -- was done on Thursday, 9/23. It looks like it should be posted by tomorrow... which, of course, is Thursday in California laugh.gif
It's an hour - I heard the last half live and it was pretty cool. It's not just Chris & Kenney - there is a host, co-host and another guest.

OMG, I do not believe that. laugh.gif Believe it or not, I ALWAYS listen to the Conversation Hour - it's always on the in background on the radio in my bedroom while I kind of drift in and out through the morning, and I listened as usual this morning, but had to go out during the discussion on Leonard Cohen. I didn't even know Chris was going to be on and just missed him by a matter of minutes, lol. My radio LIVES on 774 and I would have missed this completely had it not been for this thread.

Thanks jfrogirl and jac! The Victor Mature stories were interesting. My Mom is always talking about Victor Mature. blink.gif Maybe my Mom should hang out with Chris and talk about Connie Francis, Victor Mature, and tap dancing. tongue.gif (Three of her favourite things.)

Who was that actress he talked about on late-night TV? Don't we all want to know? laugh.gif

Chris was kind about the Elvis Costello show. Not that I think it's awful but it's not a patch on The Chris Isaak Hour. Up here in Canada, we're inundated with Spectacle and only got two episodes of The CI Hour. mad.gif

Jac, thanks for posting the weblink for "The Conversation Hour" for us to see. I enjoyed listening to Chris's interview on there.
