You know, come to think of it, there's a user on YouTube who has posted a slew of Chris-related video. I can only hope that person has recorded Regis & Co. and posts it. It's possible!

The only person I saw him standing with in the audience was Kelly. There were a bunch of women standing behind and beside him, but not with him?

Sorry to hear that you people that live in Los Angeles and around there, didn't get to fully watch the "Live With Regis & Kelly" episode this morning. I am glad that they finally did catch Jon Benet's killer.

QUOTE(stuff & nonsense @ Aug 17 2006, 11:27 PM) "Not to mention that this case is TEN YEARS OLD!!! He's been a suspect since the beginning and they "just" arrested him! Yes, it's important, but not earth shattering in the respects that it needs to be front and center like a threat to the country or other people. It's called MEDIA SENSATIONALISM!" Tell me about it, it was front page news here in Melbourne this morning ... the whole godamn page. They tried to rationalise it by saying the accused had "been in Australia." Big, fat, hairy deal. It was just another excuse to put a huge picture of that poor little girl in all her make-up etc. ON THE FRONT PAGE, with another 2 page spread inside. I'm glad they caught the killer too, but don't get me started on what type of parents enter their little daughters in beauty pageants. These cheesy affairs are bad enough when the girls are so-called adults and can choose for themselves. Beautiful baby contests, children not allowed to be children but dressed up like mini Barbie dolls, 18 year olds who know how to solve all the world problems while posing in a swimsuit in front of ogling weirdos. Yuck! And now back to your scheduled program ... Yeah I have to agree about subjecting little kids to beauty pageants of all the atrocious things. Competitive events in general for little kids should be avoided but of all the things to teach a tiny little girl, at the age of 4 to be so obsessed with body image over everything else?? It's absolutely SICK, IMO. And people wonder why eating disorders and depression are becoming so common in young kids. On topic of Chris, I'm such an idiot. I FORGOT the show was on, and the dumbest part of it is, I don't have cable so I only get 3 channels (none of them perfectly) but that channel happens to be one of the 3 and there was nothing stopping me from at least watching this morning, though the VCR is broken now. |

Geez, some of you women on here are real bitches. Just because someone else thinks the developments in the Ramsey case are important enough to have the press conference shown live, you gang up on him/her just because you're pissed that you missed part of Isaak's gig on the Regis show. Amd then you guys post a half dozen messages about how much you dislike anyhting to do with the Ramsey case! Geez, chill the fuck out! A lot of people in this country don't have Internet service or cable TV, and broadcast TV is the only immediate link to news. But I guess since this is a Chris Isaak message board, Chris Isaak is all that matters to anyone here. I really hate that mob rules mentality of fanatics. I was hoping that this place would be different. I sought out this message board after seeing Chris Isaak fo the first time last night at the Beacon in NYC. Guess I won't bother registering here because I don't think I'd fit in well enough. (okay, go ahead, start posting messages like, "Good, we don't want you here anyway" or "Don't let the door slam you in the ass on your way out." Go ahead and bitch about this post. Get it out of your system...)

Oh hi there and welcome. Be sure you close the door all the way on your way out.... have a good day!
Boy, if you can't handle just a little difference in opinions, then you shouldn't hang out here. Yes this is the CHRIS ISAAK MESSAGE BOARD, not the message board for the RAMSEY case, hence message/blogs regarding anything ISAAK and yes Chris Isaak does rule here - its his damn website!! I am a little perplexed as to why you are so upset? Are you upset because you logged onto the wrong message board? Or are you just always in a bad mood? I do feel sorry for the Ramsey family, they lost their little girl and her mother died before the case was settled. Do you think that everyone saying in their msge's here are peed off cause the news bulletin broke into them watching CI on Regis and Kelly really mean it, that they are totally heartless and dont care about the Ramsey family? Listen buddy you picked the wrong day to leave a message like that on the board cause this little Kitty has her claws out. QUOTE(guest @ Aug 18 2006, 11:35 AM) Boy, if you can't handle just a little difference in opinions, then you shouldn't hang out here. Does anyone find the irony in this statement amusing? A) Mostly everyone posting messages about Chris geting pre-empted were mad about that. C) Then several members jump on that person (and vent about the Ramsey case as well). D) Then someone else (who could have used much better language!) suggests that everyone chill out and let people have their own opinions. And then someone writes "Boy, if you can't handle just a little difference in opinions, then you shouldn't hang out here." HA! The irony! Instead of dragging this board down into the gutter, why not just let opposing opinions stand? Why does every flippin' board have to have people who like to jump on others and tell them that their opinion is wrong? Honestly, I don't think people really practice what they preach. The essence of free speech is to tolerate differing opinions, not shout them down. The reason I posted this message is not to fan the flames or start a debate of any sort, but to show how pointless it is to be sarcastic, engage in namecalling, and expect to change someone else's opinions. So the next time we read an opinion that we don't all agree with, why cn't we just let it stand? What's the big deal? I think it's okay to state your own opnion in response, but what's the use of shooting down someone else's opinion in the process? It's kind of rude. Live and let live. |

CALL ME KOOKY BUT I DON'T THINK Y'ALL MISSED MUCH.
I THOUGHT KELLY WAS ABOUT TO FALL ASLEEP LISTENING TO OUR HERO'S ACCOUNT. SHE HAD TO RESORT TO SEXUAL INNUENDOS TO KEEP EVERYONE TUNED IN. THERE'S A REASON HE'S SINGLE, PEOPLE. THEN, HE PROCEEDS TO GIVE HIS OPINION ABOUT 'THE CONFESSING PEDOPHILE' WHO MIGHT OF CONFESSED JUST TO GET OUT OF A THAI PRISON. NOT ONLY IS ISAAK BORING, HE'S A BRUTE. NO WONDER HE'S NOT AFRAID TO ROAM THE STREETS FOR 'SALVAGE' OR 'ALUMINUM CANS'. FINALLY, HE SITS THROUGH TWO INTERVIEWS NOT SAYING MUCH AND LEANING AWAY FROM THEM AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THE FIRST GUY HUMILIATES HIM BY BEING 'A REAL ACTOR' AS APPOSED TO SOMEONE WHO 'JUST SHOWS UP'. THE SECOND LADY GOT FAMOUS FOR HER SINGING IN ONE T.V. SEASON AS APPOSED TO ISAAK'S 12 YEARS OF WORK TO GET RECOGNIZED FOR HIS TALENT...AND HE STILL DOESN'T HAVE A MADE-FOR-T.V. MOVIE ABOUT HIS LIFE! *SIGH* SORRY TO INTERRUPT THE 'GUEST LOVE FEST'. |
