I don't know how much the 8x10s were because I didn't notice the price.
Some guy was walking around handing them out to whomever wanted one...but there weren't many takers.

Those 8 x 10's are NICE.........I showed someone at work (she's a graphic designer by the way) and she agreed.....we are digging the HSM suits BIG TIME!! I think I'll pick up a copy of the photo for her. Only thing she mentioned was that she would have edited out the extra bit (maybe it's a pier) to the right of Chris' head. Maybe in the next printing run, they might want to do that. BUT I love the photo -- both man and car.

I LOVE that picture up there on the right, Sugz. Those posed, pretty-boy shots are cute and all, but that picture looks like it's giving us a glimpse of the real Chris. It's very natural and un-posey (if there's such a word!) I feel like I'm looking at the real Chris, as in Chris Isaak, the man, as opposed to Chris Isaak, the rock star. And I like what I see.

Oh, and I know what you mean about that BIG BIIIIIIIIIIG hair shot (2nd pic in Kathy's #507 post above where Chris looks about 12). You could drive a Mack truck through that lot and lose it completely in there.

Some very interesting photos have been posted recently. Getouttadenver is thinking of those of us in jail, or rather "work" who cannot access MySpace. Thanks to her. A friend asked me yesterday what I thought of the guitar in the photo -- it's too small to be a regular guitar, don't you think? Maybe it's a quasi-ukelele that Chris uses for his Hawaiian songs.

The big hair photo is great, Munchie. Yeah, Cheryl, you could drive a Mack truck that that "lot". My Dad worked for Mack Truck. We had far too many Mack Truck items around the house but the one my Mom wished my Dad would lose (well, figuratively speaking) was a set of swim trunks with Mack Trucks on them and emblazoned with the phrase (I kid you not), "Built like a Mack Truck". OMG!

Small world, Fifi, I had an uncle who worked for Mack truck.

Yeah...I was wondering that myself. At first I thought maybe because he has big hands, and he's a big guy, and it might just be the camera angle, you know? But if you look closely his hand does seem a little disproportionate (sp?! ) to the guitar strings in size, or something.

I hope your Dad did lose those swim trunks! We have a much more unkinder saying for someone of unfortunate size down here in Aus....we say "so and so is built like a brick sh*thouse" I even saw it on a birthday card once! (well, I warned you it wasn't very nice, lol)..

Donna is talking about the one where Chris is in front of the guy from Australia TV or the one with the OTHER blonde dude. Either do not suggest anything to me. He's just having a picture with a guy...is that so wrong? He takes pictures with his band all the time and spends A LOT of time with them...do you think that suggests something?

They did have a funny conversation about "bears" on Australia TV...if you know what I'm talking about...Chris was talking to two male and one female anchor. He looks at one anchor and suggests that guy is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE about "bears". That guy was not the blonde guy he took the picture with.

I remember reading an article/interview on the San Francisco days website where the interviewer suggests he is gay to Isaak. Isaak's response was not subtle. It's obvious he is not interested in men. But like everything else I talk about...I really can't say for sure!

I've always wondered about the kind of life Isaak has lead in San Francisco. There's a HUGE gay community there. The clubs he had to play on his way up...well...how many places could he play that were straight? How many homosexuals could resist our hero? It's amazing he doesn't have a HUGE gay following...but that could be because he's NOT GAY.

*sigh*

Well you seem to have a huge selection of CI photos, but has anyone including yourself, got any photos of Chris that are not commercial ones..ie photos that have been taken of him offguard and not posed ????

Anyone seen him on the beach, out surfing etc and managed to get a sly snap?.

Someone must be paying Chris well to get him to wear a suit and shirt and tie to the meet and greets, even when he's still dripping with sweat! He doesn't look very comfortable when he's bending down signing stuff so there's got to be a very good reason he's doing it

Oh and about that comment about his act being overlong. What a load of manure. If it was a genuine co-headline show they would both do the same time on stage. If he was only an insignificant opening act, which we keep being assured he isn't, then yes, over an hour would an extraordinarily generous set.

I'm glad you enjoyed the show and I'm glad that Chris is getting positive reviews but the whole set up of these shows is really on the nose.

I don't see how any appearance by Chris could be overly long. To short but never to long. Love, love, love the man.
