I was at the "Just for Laughs" Comedy Festival back in July at Massey Hall in Toronto. Craig Ferguson was the emcee so that's why we went. (Love Craig Ferguson.) Anyway......and I digress.....again.......

They have a gallery of artists who have performed at Massey Hall over the years and our Chris is in the gallery twice! I took photos and I'm finally getting around to posting them. (I think the originals are screwed into the wall, otherwise, you know where they would be -- LOL.) I wonder why I missed both of the shows at Massey Hall? Must have been away or I would have been there.

I have been in Massey Hall many, many times and have NEVER seen these pics of Chris. Good thing that they are nailed to the wall. Otherwise I'd have one and you'd have the other. I would share.

I've never seen them either! Very cool....now scooping that picture of Chris with the White Falcon to post on the Gretsch forum......

Do you think if NiagaraFan and I extracted the photos from the wall at Massey Hall (hey, that rhymes!), that the security would wrestle us to the ground? One of us could be the lookout and the other could unscrew the photos from the wall. Better idea -- bring Mark T and he could stand in front of us and look tough with his tattoos. Anyone else who wants to help is welcome but he/she must cover expenses to Toronto.

Glad you all liked the photos. I wish I had a publicity shot for every year. I have one for 1993 but that's it. (And now I know what 1991 and 1995 look like.) Chris -- get on this board and post the rest, you lazy so and so..................OK, it's the medication talking. Better get off the board now.

Also, edit to my earlier post about the medication talking. I've had bronchitis. That's what the meds are for. Just in case anyone was wondering. No drugs in this house. I went to the Isaak School for Drug-free Living.

I'm betting those pictures have the cable attached to the back and through the wall so they set off alarms when removed.

I think that the last time i was at Massey Hall (The Brian Setzer Orchestra show), i spent so much time staring at the 1983 Stray Cats promo photo that i blocked out the rest. Oh, and whiskey. Drinking whiskey.

Ruin it for us. FifiKitty and I were willing to cause a disturbance while you "took" the Stray Cats photo. Ah yes... the whiskey. Does it every time.

We could get NiagaraFan to jump up on one of the round tables in the bar area where the photos are located while Mark takes the Stray Cats and Chris Isaak photos off the wall. Bring wire cutters for the cables. Let's get this caper over with before Mark gets into the whiskey.

Speaking of mind-altering substances, NiagaraFan, you of all people should be on some good meds. You work with them every day!

Did you spend part of the day scheming (sp) up this plan? My day ended with a laugh which I needed one badly. Yes.. good meds. I still need a prescriber. I can't write my own scripts. Unless it's the street kind.

I have nice 8x10's of both of those pics on my walls. They are not what I would call rare - I bought them in 98 or 99 from memory.

Where did you buy the 8 x 10s? I just have the one below (from 1993).

I think Chris was on Planet Chris when he wrote about lighting his mind in a wonder glow. Since he is 100% drug-free, we know he just has his own musical highs.
