I've read that this will be carried by the Biography Channel - does anyone know if it will be carried in Canada?

I'm going to change my whole cable package if it is.

All I know about it is what I've read here, I think - that they're starting filming in September and it should be on in October.

Depends on your digtial cable package my parents have it in the package they have with Shaw so I know I am going to get my dad to tape it for me C&Ksgirl

I've thought about it. Everything ends up on DVD....hell you can buy Dog The Bounty Hunter on DVD off of A&E.com.

Why should this show be any different?

Not every show as we all know... The Chris Isaak Show never made it there.

Hi Kerri - I know the channel is available, but the US version and the Canadian version don't necessarily carry the same shows (think CMT!).

His other show isn't out on DVD, so anything's possible, and I want to watch it when it's on, not wait for the DVDs (if they will even exist!).

I'm looking forward to his new show premiering on the Biography channel later this year. It'll be fun to watch. I'm planning on recording every episode instead of waiting for it to come out on DVD.

I'm trying to find out too, if the Canadian Biography Channel will be carrying The Chris Isaak Hour. Maybe we all need to send an e-mail to them in case they are thinking of NOT carrying it. (which would be a bad, bad thing... )

I have Comcast, and I'm pretty sure I get it, yay! For those of you in the DC area, it's Channel 115 with Comcast. I'm really looking forward to this show. It's such a super idea and theme. I just can't figure out how and when Chris will tape it in September with all of the concerts they'll still be doing through the end of the month.

okay I am offically confused correct me if I am wrong but A&E here in Canada we get the same shows you all get in the US and the bio channel is A&E so it would be the same thing and we would get it here in Canada or am I wrong Kerri

I have Dish Network satellite & the Biography channel is 119. The show will definetly be fun to watch & record.

Show was on the Comedy Channel on Foxtel so I'm keeping my fingers
crossed that The Chris Isaak Hour comes across onto out BIO Channel
too.

The only reason I got Foxtel - was to watch the CIS.

I just emailed Biography Channel's website under where it says "Contact Us" & I am waiting for a reply about the show. Hopefully we will know when it will air on that channel.

I guess the best thing to do would be to check the website's weekly upcoming tv schedule. The show is bound to show up on there eventually.

Lisa, that would be great if you ask Chris next Thursday night at the meet-and-greet after the concert when his new tv show will start. That's a good idea. Let us know what you find out.

Knowing the way Chris has been at the Meet & Greets lately [very rushed and impersonal, for the most part]....he'll probably give a quick and ambiguous answer because he may not even know yet, since they haven't even started taping yet.
