James Hunter has a blog on MySpace, where he answers questions from fans and others. (I think that covers everyone. laugh.gif) I figured I'd throw a question about Chris in there:

We got some great questions this past week for our 4th Edition of "Ask James!" Keep up the good work fans! We love the questions!!

Q: I saw you open for Chris Isaak last summer. What was it like touring with Chris?
- From FifiKitty in Ontario, Canada

A: he was a laugh, actually. he would have us up to do the encore with him and he lent me his guitar when mine broke down. his band were all very nice to us too, even though they must have thought we were silly buggers. it was a lot more fun than supporting bryan adams (who shall remain nameless).

Bryan Adams! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif Apologizing for another Canadian singer......sorry, James.

Very cool Fifi! I wish Chris would have an "Ask Chris". I wonder if Chris & band thought they were "silly buggers" or more just like them?

Thanks for that FifiKitty. That little episode with James and Chris and the guitar is on youtube. They looked like they had a great time together...

Wildflower~ Can you imagine if Chris had a "Ask Chris" or even something like Roly has?
I think it is a great idea... smile.gif

I would LOVE that!! I wish he did. That would be so cool. I asked Roly about one of his paintings on his site a long time ago, and his reply was very interesting and very informative. Roly's very kind to take the time to do that himself, as is Kenney with the e-mail replies and blogs. I can imagine, though, that the amount of questions that would come into Chris would be massive amounts, and it would probably be hard for him to keep up with them all. It does appear, however, that someone has been listening to our suggestions on this board, so maybe if enough fans chime in about wanting an "ask Chris", maybe someday it will happen.

Yes, Munchie17 the clip on YouTube was classic -- Chris and James doing "Kansas City". I guess James' guitar must have been "rubbish" (his term -- LOL) as it didn't work.

I'd like to see an "Ask Chris" section on here or MySpace but I don't know if Chris has the time to answer all the questions he would get. I guess he could just select a few to answer. (?)

He could do something like Tom Morello does. Tom lets the fans know that on a certain day he will be answering questions and has the fans submit the questions via myspace. It is a nice way to interact with the fans and keep people active on his myspace. Good marketing!!
