Just received confirmation from somebody on the show that Chris will be on--same day that his new show premieres! Boy, the VCR will be burning up that day! If I find out the exact time/hour, I will pass it along.

ok Aussie fans, it appears that the American version of the Today Show is shown here in Australia on Channel 7 around 4 in the morning.

By my calculations Chris should be on Friday morning - check you local TV guide for exact information

According to my sister, who watches the Today Show alot, the musical guest is usually after 8:30 (NY time).

Thanks Silversands. Isn't the "Today Show" 4 hours long or 3 hours? I get 2 hours and then it goes to "Regis and Kelly" and then another hour of the "Today Show". Strange that they split it up here. A little off the topic of the "Today Show".... but has anyone heard what radio stations Chris is going to be on while in the New York area?

You're welcome, and yes, it's really long, but I'm waiting to hear back from my contact there to see if they're able to find out exactly when he'll be on. I certainly don't want to set my recorder for 4 hours, if he'll only be on for a few minutes right in the middle of the show.

I don't understand why CI management only posted his appearance on Leno, but not the Today show, and we never get to know about any of his radio appearances.

I agree...they should take the time to inform us of everything, and update the out of date stuff.

According to the Warner Reprise's latest email newsletter about Chris Isaak that I got in my inbox this afternoon, this is what it said about Chris being on NBC's "Today Show" tomorrow.

"Catch Chris on NBC's The Today Show Thursday, Feb. 26th"

Chris will be hanging out with Hoda and Kathie Lee on The Today Show at 10:00am EST, Thursday, February 26th. He will also be serenading them with a song....we were also tipped off that they will be asking him the question we've wanted to know for years, why does his hair always look so fantastic?

I'm glad we now know when he will appear on there tomorrow morning.

I only get 3 hours of "The Today Show" and the hour I don't get is the one Chris will be on. But the whole 4 hours are shown on their website. Whew!!! Isn't the internet great?

I'm watching the "Today Show" right now on NBC & have been since 7:15 (Central time). So far, Chris hasn't been on. I thought he was supposed to be on at 9:00 am. I'm wondering if Chris will even be on before the show is over. The "Today Show" airs here from 7:00 am-11:00 am.

It's just about 10:30 and so far it's been just a little glimpse of Chris and Rodney. I was thinking he'd be on the whole hour, but we still have to get through Jeff Foxworthy.

It's 9:32 am (Central time) here now & I haven't seen a glimpse of Chris & Rodney yet. Right now, Al Roker is talking about LeBron James & athletes. I'll just keep watching for Chris on there.

It's 10:37 EST -- Chris and Rodney were shown about 10 minutes ago with Jeff Foxworthy (as a preview). Jeff was just on so Chris should be coming up.

Chris and Kenney just finished singing "Take My Heart". Kathie Lee and Hoda talked to Chris beforehand for a few minutes. Won't give the details in case some have recorded it and want to watch later. AWESOME!

Well, it's over already. It was great but so short. He looked gorgeous!! I'm still hoping he'll come back to sing at the end. God, that Kathy Lee is one annoying woman. BTW...he sang Take My Heart w/ Kenney. Not sure if it was the whole song. I love when he talks about his parents...he's so proud of them...just so sweet!

Wildflower, I'm trying not to say this, but if I had some duct tape for Kathie Lee.......just for when Chris and Kenney are singing. No talking when Chris is singing! She must have missed that etiquette lesson in grade school, I guess.

I was sitting here when he first came on and was talking to KL, and then my neighbor pulled in the driveway with the tractor to move bales! What timing huh? Guess I will have to wait till later when it shows up on the net.

Doesn't the neighbour want to see Chris Isaak, Toast? If someone shows up when Chris is on TV, they either have to come back later or watch what I'm watching. That is the house rule!

I just now saw Chris on "Today Show". It was nice seeing him on there. He gave a good interview & song performance.

I have those same house rules!! My kids know Chris Isaak comes first, don't talk to me when he's on tv and when one of his songs come on the radio crank up the volume. I've trained them well!!

I'd like to bitch 'bout Kathy Lee, again. Come on...was she really waiting 7 years for a Chris Isaak album? They should have one of us fans ask the questions. I'd love to get inside that head of his. Daytime television really sucks! Except for Oprah...

I agree with all of you. KL has always annoyed me. I loved the story about his mom and dad. Chris looked sooo handsome....MY GOD! (thud!) Nice , but shortened version of TMH. They should have given him more time. The Bile channel...haha! He didn't even know it premiers tonight...busy guy!

Well, since he had just finished moving 60 bales for his cows, and still had another pasture to feed after my horses, I did not want to push my luck. Moving 800lb bales by myself is no fun (and I have rolled them around myself, feels like your gonna have a heart attack when you are done). Sorry Chris but big equipment trumps watching you on TV.

ha ha! I was just about to ask if I had missed anything...because I was at work and kept running in and out of our break room to watch...and when I saw the preview of him and Rodney I knew I had time to run out and do a bit more work...then go back, but then didn't see it [the part with Rodney] during the actual interview. So, thinking I had missed that part, I was mas at myself for not staying back there..

ha ha...my boss was laughing at me and all like "what the heck are you doing, ha ha?" [good thing he's cool and really didn't care ...he knows I love Chris Isaak]. The girls at work teased me all morning for my giddiness after seeing him.

So, was I correct? I didn't miss anything if I made it back there in the last 10 minutes when they first introduced him?

I just finished watching Chris on the Today show. The little preview clip with Jeff Foxworthy reading to Rodney and Chris was so cute! They never seem to allot enough time on these shows. Chris looked very good as usual though. Can't wait to watch his new show on Saturday (in Canada). I've set my pvr (like tivo) and my computer to record.

It was cute listening to Chris talk about his parents. Well, maybe "cute" isn't the right word but 60 years is an achievement. Since Chris has mentioned this a couple of times now, I think it's OK to comment that he told the same story to the people in front of me in the meet and greet line in Vegas. They were celebrating their anniversary (16 I think?) and as Chris drew a wedding ring on their t-shirt, he told them that his parents have been married almost 60 years. He said he asked his Mom how they have stayed married for so long and she said "You don't leave. Even when things get bad, you don't leave." I was listening to that and taking it all in. Good advice. For my Mom, it would probably be something like, "Even when your father plays his harmonica at 6 a.m., you don't leave."
