Not as good!
He's definitely a bit more of a cult artiste in the U.S. at this point -- The album spent a couple of weeks in the top 100, not sure where it is now, but it's charting a bit lower than another San Francisco group's greatest hits -- Huey Lewis and the News, who I like, but who have only put out one album of new material in the last 11 years! Huey's touring with Chicago, which is certainly giving him a renewed boost -- perhaps our hero should co-headline with someone high-profile to expose him to new fans...
...nah! That'd mean he'd have a shorter set list! Let's keep him our li'l secret! But apparently he's having a hot streak in Australia (good taste!), whereas the album is doing adequately but nothing too special here.
Is the song "King Without A Castle" getting airplay there? It isn't here -- I think he should've tried "I Want You to Want Me" as a single, and I suspect he might agree as it's what he's been playing on most of the talk shows here....
No, alas, the radio stations aren't playing any of his new songs. (But then again, they barely played any of his
old songs either.)

But here's some good news! A couple of weeks ago I posted that the 'Best Of' album had rebounded from slipping down to No. 4 back up to No. 3 again. Last week, it had slipped down to 4 again...but today....ta dum ta dum.....he's back to No. 3 again!

Man, he must be getting dizzy, bouncing up and down like that all the time.
