As I am from old Europe (Austria) and we haven't much chances to see Chris in this region, I wonder where's he now, after his visit to Australia.

Not long ago I heard in an interview that he is goint to Europe after Australia and then return to US.

Does anybody know?

Hi there claud. smile.gif It's very likely he'll visit Europe at some stage, as he has the new album to push and a substantial fan-base over there. One thing you could try is to google some of the major U.S. ticketing agencies (such as http://www.ticketmaster.com/ ) and then search for 'isaak' in there. I'm sure there are more agencies out there... (pollstar etc??). I'm more familiar with the Australian ones, but this would be one way to see where Chris will be playing, and when. You could also try the Euro equivalents, but if you don't find anything in there at least the U.S. information would give you some idea of where he'll be. Lucky you living in Austria - it's a beautiful place! I've visited both Vienna and Salzburg, and both are very special places - you're very lucky!

Hello Cheryl, thanks for your hints how to find the latest dates concerning Chris&S. Oh nice to read that you have been to Salzburg, I live 10 km south of Salzburg, as I mentioned on the board before, it's a small city named HALLEIN, known for the Celts, the Salt and of course because here is the grave of Franz Xaver Gruber the composer of Silent Night, that famous Christmas Song. Yes, Salzburg is really a fantastic town, so historical, although I know the town very well, it always inspires me to walk through the old town again and again with my family. Hope to see you one time again in Salzburg.... But now I will look if I can find any Info where the guys are at the moment, maybe its near, and I don't even know about it.

But, Cheryl, I can also say that you live in a special place too, Australia is also wonderful, I have seen a lot of documentaries, and I am always fascinated of this continent! And you have more chances to see Chris, live or even on TV, than we here in old Europe. biggrin.gif

Thanks again for the reply and stay well

Hey Claudia,
I heard the other night on a French radio that Chris will be their guest "soon".. I emailed the host to get more information but haven't heard of him yet.
But I'm afraid it will be as usual, a short European promo tour without any concerts planned... sad.gif

If I learn more about this trip to the old Continent .. I'll let you know !

You're welcome Claudia. smile.gif How cool - living in the place where 'Silent Night' comes from - the most famous Christmas carol of all. I've visited Salzburg a couple of times now and ALWAYS walk through the old part of town when I've been there - it's such a special place. I love the Mozarthaus. I picked up some CD's and music tapes from there once, and a pretty little music box too....I love all the horsey stuff there as well, the murals and the fountains...when I was last there we were there on market day and I remember seeing a man with a monkey on a stick - now that's something you don't see every day. biggrin.gif One day I'll have to make it to the Salzburg Festival - that's one of the things on my 'to do' list before I die. smile.gif Must ride the funicular to get up to the castle one day too - there's always been so much to see and do in the town whenever I've visited, I've never gone up there, lol.

As for Chris going to Europe - I'd say he's crazy if he doesn't, lol. I'd pay big bucks to go there, anytime, (and as a matter of fact, I have! *smile*) and yet Chris gets paid to go there. So how good is that?! Like I said, he's crazy if he doesn't! Well, you're welcome to come down here to Australia any time Claudia - we'd love to have you. If you make it down here to Melbourne one day give us a shout and I'd be happy to play tour guide. smile.gif

Hi Claire,
thanks very much for your quick answer, well as you can see, Chris is not really a fan of old EUROPE, allthough a lot of us are fans of him!!!!!!

I saw Chris on german television in the Show "TV TOTAL" twice, the last time 2 years ago, when he released the Best of CD, and before he was there to promote Speak of the devil. So I am looking every week if he will be a guest in the show, but not until now.

So I whish that he appears on the French Radio, so even the French will be lucky hearing Chris.

Thanks Claire, bye for now, keep me informed .........

Kenney and Chris were yesterday afternoon in Paris, and in the evening in Germany.

I took the chance, left work early trying to meet them after the recording of a radio show... Too bad, they were already gone by the time I arrived.. sad.gif

Next step to their European promo tour ? I've no idea. For the record, the album hasn't been released in France yet, i guess it's the same in the rest of Europe.

I'll keep you posted when the radio show will be on (wasn't airing live).

Thanks Claire for your info, you're so kind. I have been on easter holidays, so I couldn't see your post earlier.
I'm so sorry you couldn't see the guys. sad.gif We aren't here lucky in Europe as CI-Fans seeing him live.
Keep me informed.....
