Thanks for the info, WSD. I'll definitely try and tune in for that.

That's brilliant! I have to work Saturday mornings but we do have Radio 2 on in the practice.
I shall have to make sure the radio is turned up and never mind the patients! tongue.gif

I wish he was on tour here too. I suffer from agoraphobia but I would get to a show somehow wink.gif

Did anyone notice that the player goes up to 11? Reminds me of Nigel Tufnel:

Still waiting for Chris' bit. Not sure at what minute he appears.......

having fun anyway listening to the results of the "Stinging Nettle Eating Contest" -- 48 feet was the winner (in 1 hour!) blink.gif

Chris and Kenney don't come on until 25 after in the last hour and are on barely ten minutes. Very disappointing really, and Ross had the nerve to play somebody else's music in the middle of their "interview", if you want to call it that! He interviewed and spent more time with the two women callers and contestants earlier in the show. It was funny, Chris sang well, but I felt it was a bit insulting to Chris as a musical guest. I have to admit, Ross can be really funny, but his time w/ Chris was just way too short.

I just heard Chris's interview & the 2 songs that he sang on there live: "We Let Her Down" & "You Don't Cry Like I Do". Before Chris came on, Jonathan played his song "Cheater's Town". The interview & 2 songs were fun to listen to.

I was so bored today! I am waiting for company and I should be doing yard work but what the heck? Anyway, I worked on the interview with Chris and Jonathan (I think that guy is very funny actually and will probably listen to him again). So, I recorded it and then took the bits just with Chris and put them on savefile. I am not sure what is up with savefile lately, but you will eventually get to the file to download. Enjoy!!! laugh.gif

Thanks Kathy smile.gif

I missed some of it because the phone rang and I couldn't get the caller off the phone. Plus I finish work at 12-30 and my boss switched the radio off early!!

Anyway, I have now downloaded the interview and will listen to it without interruptions biggrin.gif

Thanks, Kathy. biggrin.gif

Jonathan Ross is pretty funny and so he should be. Did you know he is the highest paid television personality in Britain? In 2007, the BBC secured his services until 2010, for a reported £18 million (£6 million/year). (He has a TV show called "Friday Night with Jonathan Ross".)

I like him and his humour a lot but Britain didn't like him when this happened.................

Yes, I had read about that in the Daily Express. Not good PR for Jonathan.
