This year, world-renowned bartender Gavin MacMillan will perform nightly, concocting his famous cocktails, including his signature Sip! drink available only during Capital EX.

Celebrity chef David Adjey and star of Food Network's Restaurant Makeover, also known as Canada's rock 'n' roll chef, will make a stop at Sip! to cook up a storm at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. from July 20-24. And chef Brad Smoliak and sommelier Mary Bailey will be on hand to introduce gourmands to fine wines and food.

Attendees also have the chance to enter to win a trip for two to San Francisco, which includes winery tours, a visit to Alcatraz, a baseball game, a private dinner and a Chris Isaak concert.

Admission to Sip! is free with gate admission, and taste tickets are $1 each.

Advance taste tickets are available at Ticketmaster and come in a pack of 20.
