I skipped the merchandise table at my concert this year. Now I wish I'd looked. That shipping and handling charge is a killer.

Sadly, I did not. I saw them at two shows but by the time I went to buy one after the shows, they were sold out. By some act of the tiki gods, a very nice person got one for me in Saratoga.

My kitties were painted for a calendar in Canada a few years ago. Prudence is on the left and Tabitha (Tabby) is on the right:

No, neither cat is named Fifi. Prudence knew her name when I got her home from the shelter and Tabitha is Tabby for short, since she is a tabby. I did have a mechanical toy poodle once (or maybe it was my older brother's) that I called "Fifi". It was cool. It was on a metal wire and when you squeezed the handle, the dog walked. Ever since, if I don't know a dog's name, I call it "Fifi" and if it's a cat I don't know, it's "FifiKitty". All very silly, I'm sure.

Yes I often say to my pets "silly, silly, silly," which is all such great fun!
