I'm just wondering if the band ever does any Christmas shows. I asked Chris and he told me that they do, but I haven't seen anything other than the Florida show. I'm just wondering if that will be a regular set, or if they'll have Christmas stuff too.

I have the Christmas DVD and I love watching it. I'd just really like to see them do some of that stuff live.

Or is that just something I'd like to see? I told my kids that if the band ever does a Christmas show, I'd take them....we're still waiting.

Didn't someone mention a Disney Christmas show coming up this year?

No, he was saying that since people tell him he puts out sad songs, he was glad
to say that some of the new album's songs (like Take My Heart, We've Got Tomorrow, etc.
are happy and upbeat enough to be Disney marching tunes!

I have been to one pre-Christmas Chris Isaak concert in December, outside of Las Vegas in 2005 and Chris and company did a number of Christmas songs. Chris also had a green with red suit. Very cool. I heard a bit of the soundcheck in which they did "Blue Christmas" also. I am hoping that the Orlando show on December 12th will have some cool Christmas tunes -- especially Mele Kalikimaka (sp?). The show is at Universal Studios -- maybe that's what you're thinking, Chris' Surf Shop? (It's near Disney World.)

Is anyone going to the show at The Hard Rock/Universal Studios? I'm very tempted to go but that time of year is just so busy. I was just at Universal Studios a few weeks ago with my kids. It was so much fun!! The Hard Rock Hotel was a really nice place to stay. BTW...The Chris Isaak Disney Christmas Show?!?! That made me laugh. I just pictured the whole band at one of those Disney parades with the princesses.

Chris did 3 shows the first week of December 2005 at the River Rock in Richmond, BC. For one of the shows he wore his green with red suit, which I call his Christmas suit. He wore it on his Christmas dvd and Rodney had a matching coat. He sang quite a few Christmas songs from the dvd and also had a life sized Santa on stage.
