Well, I guess I got ahead of myself because I already shared my first concert experience back on June 19 at the Mountain Winery. My sister-in-law and I went together and had a really enjoyable evening. Chris ran through the audience and ended up sitting directly behind us as he was singing (later my SIL said she could have wiped the sweat off of his cheek, he was so close… but I digress from step 3 of “the program”…)

IT MUST BE A BALANCED STORY. INCLUDE ANY PARKING DIFFICULTIES, MOLESTATIONS...

No molestations, and parking wasn’t too bad… keep in mind that the parking is fairly steep (hence the name Mountain Winery) and it was not too easy to navigate in heels (I had just gotten off work).

ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH SERVICE AT THE VENUE...

Food there is great as is the view and the wine, so I can’t knock anything about the service.

Okay… now this is one Chris kept saying over and over “I look good for 50” and as his brother opened for him “this is my OLDER brother, I am younger than he is”, so it seems he feels a little self-conscience regarding his age, but it seems women don’t care so he shouldn’t either.

Step 4 might take me a while... I need to find a recent interview and think up an appropriate comment. I had plenty of surfing comments, but that interview was very old... that interview was given back in the day when I would go to Ocean Beach after work and watch the afternoon surfers.

I registered a while ago, and I skipped ahead to the one about a review of a concert ( at least from my perspective) but I forgot the step where I tell something about myself. So here goes....

I am a happily married, middle aged woman who gets absolutely crazy nuts over CI every summer just before and after I go see him and the band in concert. The concert is fading in my memory already, but this board is so full of crazy information I keep coming back.


I wish I had the time and money (3 kids in college now!!!!) to travel to Australia. I'd love to see the country/continent and I could get another CI fix while I'm there!

This is becoming an addiction. Do I need help?

Didn't the horse thing cover that one... okay, here is another that is a bit funny (well for my sense of humor anyway)... When I was in college I was unsure what I wanted to study. I did pre-med for three years before giving it up due to lack of a personal life... my family suggested I become an engineer like my father as I was good at both math and science. Well, I said that I didn't want to be an engineer like daddy because they are boring (he was, and please no offense to any engineers here as this is just part of the story). So what did I become? An accountant, because they are so much more exciting than engineers!!!

Divorced, as you could have guessed in my "why I like CI" response. I have been free for the past year! It was a 10 year sentence, and I thank God every day that I didn't have children with him. But I haven't given up on men... I know there are good ones out there (I just need to find one), I am just a bad "picker"... like Chris.

PS. I am now registered as I was told people might use my name for evil.
