I honestly can't help myself and have to get something signed at every gig.
At this particular concert, I was wearing my hotrod jacket with a picture of Mr Horsepower
on the front and Chris thought it was really cool and drew this on my shirt for me. Sugz xx

SOMETHING YOU PICKED UP IN AFGHANISTAN?
JASON, IS IT BIGGER THAN A BREAD BOX?
IS IT AN ORIGINAL AFGHAN BLANKET OR SHAWL?
IS IT A PAMPHLET OF BUSH PROPAGANDA?
IS IT A VIAL OF AFGHAN DIRT?
IS IT A HELMET WITH A DENT CAUSED BY A PIECE OF FLYING SHRAPNEL?
IS IT A RECIPE FOR BAR B Q CAMEL?
IS IT A BOOK ON HOW TO LIVE IN TENTS OR HOW TO AVOID GETTING CAUGHT BY THE US ARMED FORCES 'FOR DUMMIES'?
I YOU SURE IT'S NOT SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE HAND DELIVERED TO CHRIS ISAAK AT ONE OF HIS MEET AND GREETS?

Awesome pics Miss Sugar!

I love the siggys and Mr. Horsepower is cute too.
I have some signed t-shirts and CDs too... I'll have to take pics of the shirts and scan the CDs.... one day... lol
I will share this picture I took of Chris' guitar at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas. It was funny, I was there with a bunch of people and I was walking at the back of the group... All of a sudden, my brother stopped and came back towards me and he said, "Oh my God...you will NOT believe what there is when you turn the corner!" (He always pokes fun of what I like, but not in a mean way. He'll tell me when my favorite singers or actors are on TV or in a magazine...) Anyway, so I had no idea what to expect... So I turned the corner and there was Chris' guitar!

It would have been better if Chris was standing there, but nevertheless, it was still very cool!

Here's the picture...click it to get the larger version...

FifiKitty and ChrisIsFine...Yes, his guitar is in the Casino part of it, but it's not in the immediate casino area...you have to go down one of the hallways, but I can't remember exactly where it was. On the East Coast you can see one of Chris' guitars and concert suits at the Hard Rock Cafe at Foxwoods Casino. I'll have to find the photos and post them. When he was at Foxwoods for the Xmas concert he signed a guitar and they made a whole event of it. It was great!!

Very cool pics and sigs. Im heading to the Falls concert in August and was wondering what the best way to get an autograph is. Does he do a meet and greet or something? Im not into hanging out for hours at the hotel or pushing and shoving but it would be cool to get a concert shirt signed or something. Thanks all

BajaJay --
I'll be at the Falls show too. A number of us are really hoping for a meet and greet. At the shows I have been to in the past, Chris is very gracious after the concert and waits until everyone goes through the line to sign each t-shirt, CD, or whatever. Maybe we could start a petition to ask him to do a meet and greet for us in Niagara. It's our only chance to say hi to him and the guys in Ontario.

Sounds good to me FifiKitty, Ill definitely be getting some tour shirts and would love to have one signed. Not sure how to go about starting a petition but Ill sign if there is some industrious fan out there willing to get it going. If he signs after concerts thats good enough for me too. (unless the line takes hours to get through) Im really looking forward to seeing Chris in concert finally. Funny that lots of us will be there but will have no idea who is who...LOL.

I'll buy tour shirts if they have them for sale in Niagara Falls. I'm bringing about 10 people with me. Maybe I can make them buy shirts, too.
Fingers crossed for Chris signing t-shirts. The line does not take hours to get through. The Avalon Ballroom is a relatively small venue so it's not like it holds 6,000 people. OK, who wants to volunteer to start this petition? Maybe we don't need one because Chris' helpers will read this message board and get the message, so to speak.
We certainly won't know who is who there, unless you yell out "Happy Anniversary to us".

Here is one that my sister Chris sent to me a couple of years ago. Her and my sister Lara got back stage passes to meet Chris and the guys. My sister Lara (the one who was on Jeopardy) said to me that she thinks of herself as a fairly intelligent woman but when Chris walked in the room he just had this light on him (she thinks it might have to do with him wearing a pink suit , she wasn't sure?). Well anyways, they were just standing there waiting to get there picture taken with Chris, when he waked into the room he went right over to them and he put his arms around both of them. The camera guy said “sorry Mr. Isaak, I’m not ready yet” and Chris said “that OK, I’m just fine right where I am” and pulled my sisters a little closer to him. This is where my sister reminded me again on how intelligent she thinks she is, but when Chris pulled her a closer, she said “I was speechless. If I had opened my mouth I probably would remember or know what I was saying”. She said she and my sister Chris had no trouble talking to Kenny, Roly and Hershel but Chris Isaak took there breath away, which is very funny because my dad calls them mighty mouth and mini mouth. The sad part of this is that they never got the pictures. The Radio station that they won the tickets from the photographer got fired soon after and I guess the picture went with him.
To get back to this picture, they sent me this and tried to make it look like Chris Isaak sent it to me. I wasn’t even a big fan back then (maybe they knew I would be), but I was jealous that they didn’t take me with them. Evil Sisters!

Thank Krystal (my daughter) for finding this the other day, I forgot I had it.

Yes, I agree! I remember when I first saw the 'Speak of the Devil' CD I was surprised at how thin he looked - he's definitely in much better shape now than he was back then. He's seems to have muscled-up a bit too (perhaps he's become a gym-junkie now? He went to the gym while he was down here - I remember him mentioning it on 'Rove'). Those biceps are HUGE. He came out in that tight white T-shirt from backstage (again on 'Rove') and I just went, "OH....MY OH MY" lol. mmmmmmmmm.....
And speaking of devils, they've stopped playing it now, but while he and Kenney were still down here, the radio ad for his shows at the Palms were great. They started it off by saying 'The devilishly handsome Chris Isaak, is BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK." lol - but I've got to agree with the description! I think there definitely is a big chunk of devil inside that man

(And undoubtedly, it's the best part.

Hi Kat! You bring up something quite interesting - I've often wondered how Chris's name is actually pronounced. We down here in Aus, simply pronounce it how it's spelt (it does have two a's in the middle, so how else would you pronounce it?! lol) However, whenever I've seen him introduced on the U.S. talk shows and so on, they
do say it differently, more like "I-zick" or something. Hmmmm........
