Hi Everybuddy! Hey Shugs (Uncle Pat turns and does the Rose Parade wave in her lovely general direction...), is that Betty 'the legs' Grable? Cool pic!!

Yeah, 'bout the bobble-head, I'd agree that they should make/sell something like that too after the concerts. In fact, before I sold my old truck (back when I was still living in South Central), it was suggested to me that I should glue the Kenney one I made on to the middle of my front dash, and that it would provide a certain kind of protection.

Of course and in actuality, I REALLY wanted to put the Roly one on there, since, you know, a high-brow artiste kinda guy like Roly should always be right up-front and in the middle of everything.

I was fairly content and feeling that I'd captured his timelessly youthful and cherubic likeness and all, but when I first showed it to your cuzzy Feleener, she intimated that my bobble-headed rendition of him looked, well, sort of possessed. I tried to tell her that there was nothing wrong with a little possession (as it is generally considered to be 9/10ths of the law), and that, in fact, your Uncle RS has been known, from time to time, to cast a spell on many of you fine upsatnding young ladies...But she was bigger'n me, and so, in the end (as always), I lost.

Me personally, I think next time the band has a picnic in the Southern Cali or the Bay Area, they should have an outdoor bobble-head making seminar before the show, and all us West Coast fans could host the East Coast fans(and any other international fans that want to come visit, too!!). Say, maybe we could get Silvertone to do one of those free gigs at Golden Gate Park for us for the new (the REAL new) album that's coming out to kick off their next tour, then we could all sit on the green, cloverlaced grass and hold hands and sing Kumbaya (and make bobble-heads!?!?) together (just like in the old days!?!?) before the show.

I have a couple of extra double-duty glue guns (and I still know how to use 'em) I'd be willing to donate to the cause, and plenty of glue sticks too!?!?

XXXO!!
