Louis Jordan eat your heart out - I actually really like Chris's
version. Have you listened to the lyrics - they crack me up.

Walking with my baby she's got great big feet
She's long, lean, and lanky and ain't had nothing to eat
She's my baby and I love her just the same
Crazy about that woman cause Caldonia is her name!

Thanks for sharing WRG! smile.gif

For the "What I Want for Christmas" thread --

for Chris to play the accordion...in the blue suit with the treble clefs...in Canada.

Thank you. wink.gif

Check out the video of "Beautiful Homes Live". It's from the San Francisco Days tour, which is the first time I saw Chris. You can see Johnny Reno and Spooky G in this one.

That would be a treat if he broke out the accordian. I forwarded the clip it to my dad at home, he used to play the accordian when he was a young boy.

So Sugar..haven't heard from you in a while, are you lost in a Chris Isaak in Oz daze?

Yeah, WhiteRockGirl --

Chris can borrow my accordion if he doesn't bring his own when he visits our fine country next. cool.gif

Oh sweetie, you have no idea. Actually maybe you do. You're probably still
on a High from seeing him in Maui. biggrin.gif After getting a sneak preview via the
Mix gig, I'm so looking forward to the couple of shows that I am going
to this month and I'm keeping an eye out for shows he might be
appearing on too. wink.gif

I have some pics to send you so stay tuned..... Mwah xx

I'm long lean and lanky with big feet... tongue.gif I've seen the vid before..love the accordian action. That was just one year after I graduated high school. I wish I had seen them in the "old" days...would have been cool!! Looks like they were full of stage antics. Still are! laugh.gif

Now Miss Sugar - you really can't beat Mr Jordan - but I must say, that version was HOT!
Once again, the way they interpret covers is just plain brilliant!
